2024 Producers Guild Award Nominees Announced for Motion Picture and Television Program Categories

Final Ballots for Theatrical Motion Pictures, Animated Motion Pictures, Documentary Motion Pictures, Television Series/Specials, and Streamed or Televised Motion Pictures Will Close on February 15, 2024

Final Ballots for Children's, Short Form and Sports Programs Will Close on February 8, 2024

 

LOS ANGELES, CA — Today, the Producers Guild of America (PGA) announced the nominees for the Motion Pictures and Television categories for the 35th Annual Producers Guild Awards to be held on Sunday, February 25, 2024 at The Ray Dolby Ballroom, Ovation Hollywood at Hollywood and Highland. The Darryl F. Zanuck Award for Outstanding Producer of Theatrical Motion Pictures has historically been considered a strong prognosticator for the Best Picture Oscar with 15 of the previous 20 going on to win at the Academy Awards.

Final Ballots for TV (Comedy, Drama, Limited/Anthology Series, Televised/Streamed Motion Pictures, Non-Fiction, Game/Competition, Live Entertainment/Variety/Sketch/Talk Series) and Film (Theatrical Motion Picture, Animated Motion Picture, and Documentary) will close on Thursday, February 15, 2024 (2:00 pm PST). Winners of these categories will be announced at the 35th Annual Producers Guild Awards on February 25, 2024.

Final Ballots for Children's, Short Form, and Sports Programs will close on Thursday, February 8, 2024 (2:00 pm PST). Winners of the Sports, Children’s, and Short Form categories will be announced at the Guild’s Nominee’s Events in New York and Los Angeles the week of February 19.

At the Producers Guild Awards ceremony in February, the Producers Guild will also present special honors to powerhouse producers and leaders who have left undeniable marks on the industry. Honorees this year include Martin Scorsese (David O. Selznick Achievement Award) and Charles D. King (Milestone Award) with recipients of the Norman Lear Achievement Award and Stanley Kramer Award to be announced soon.

The 2024 Producers Guild Awards Event Chairs are Mike Farah, Chief Executive Officer at Funny Or Die and Joe Farrell, Chief Creative Officer at Funny Or Die. The 2024 Producers Guild of America Awards are produced by Anchor Street Collective and written by Jody Lambert, Lauren Cortizo and Matt Oberg for the Producers Guild of America.
