We all want to see more work for producers and our industry colleagues in the USA. Click here to add your name to PGA’s message of support for the Motion Picture, Television, and Entertainment Revitalization Act. Congress may vote as soon as November, so it’s critical that our voices are heard now.
Right now, 65 other countries are driving productions and production jobs overseas by offering incentives at the national level, which our country does not do. That is why the Producers Guild is part of a national coalition – spanning other guilds, unions, studios and associations – to urge passage of the Motion Picture, Television, and Entertainment Revitalization Act.
The U.S. share of global film and TV production is rapidly eroding – from 52% in 2022 to just 38% today. We need Congress to act now to level the playing field and make our country the leader in global film and TV production once again.
Please add your name today. We will do the rest to make sure all 535 House and Senate offices know that you want entertainment jobs to come back to the US.
