The Producers Guild is always standing up for our members and our industry. When it comes to the potential acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, PGA has been speaking out publicly and engaging directly with regulators.

Our communications and official testimony include the US Department of Justice, the US Senate and House committees overseeing this matter, key individual officials and their offices, and state Attorneys General who are now leading the charge in court. We also went “on the record” with the County of Los Angeles and regulators in the EU and UK. 

PGA will continue to do whatever we can to support a competitive and creative future for producers.
