The ballot may also include the names of those members who are nominated by petition.  To propose a candidate (including yourself) for a Generally Elected Director seat, request a petition form from Michael Yarbro, Corporate Counsel & Director of Arbitrations (myarbro@producersguild.org). Petition nominees must gather at least 100 endorsements from active PGA members in good standing—meaning dues and fees are current and no disciplinary action is pending. All endorsements must be received by August 27, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. PT. All nominees, including those by petition, must meet the qualifications outlined in the Guild’s Policies and Procedures Manual (pages 2–3) to appear on the ballot.
