The 2025 National Nominating Committee is in the process of determining which nominees it will propose for this year’s Board of Directors election. Members who are in good standing also may petition to be considered for the Board in accordance with Guild Procedures. 

To propose a candidate (including yourself) to run for a Generally Elected Director seat on the Board, you may request a petition form from Michael Yarbro, Corporate Counsel & Director of Arbitrations (myarbro@producersguild.org). Those seeking a nomination by petition must gather at least 100 endorsements from active PGA members in good standing—meaning dues and fees are current and no disciplinary action is pending. All endorsements must be received by August 19, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. PT. 

All nominees, including those who are eligible to run by petition, must meet the qualifications outlined in the Guild’s Policies and Procedures Manual (pages 2–3) to appear on the ballot.
